- Microwave on high for about 3 minutes or until temperature of 165°F is reached.
Stove Top Cooking Instructions:
- Transfer soup to saucepan.
- Heat over medium high, stirring frequently, for about 4 minutes, or until temperature of 165°F is reached.

I am not fond of hot spicy food. This would not be too spicy for most folks but it was for me. It wasn’t so spicy that I couldn’t eat it, but I didn’t enjoy it. I put crackers in it to calm the taste. It was full of crabmeat and very filling.
